Post graduate studies
This is something pretty important to considerate when you became a professional. Personally, i think nowadays, at least according of what i know, became a professional it's just the first step, and the competition is so high that is not enough. Unfortunately at least in Chile it's not weird to see people who can't work in their studying areas because they are saturated with other professionals of the same area.
Young people when they barely graduate of the university, are looking for new opportunities trying to improve their own knowledge, through different courses of specialization or lenguaje courses to amplify their opportunities of getting a job or been in a better possittion as a worker.
Right now, one of my dreams is be able to talk a fluid english, not only because of the work area, but a personal challenge too and why not other languajes too. About courses related with the career i can't say much, because i don't even know what especialization i'm going to choose, so i'm not that worried about that.
If i have the opportunity to choose between studying here in Chile or another country, i think i would choose to study in the foreign, because you can have a complete experience, not only the lenguaje in my personal case, but being able to share and socialize with other people, i think it can be a lot better than just talk with someone who know the lenguaje.

I also believe that traveling outside the country to study and to practice the language is a good option.
